At Riaa Gutierrez Press-on Nails, every set is carefully created and prepared with quality, detail, and customer satisfaction in mind. Please review this policy before placing your order.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the custom-made and personal-use nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing based on measurements or sizes provided by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper application, removal, or nail preparation
- Damage that occurs after the order has been delivered and used
Please carefully review your selected size, shape, length, design, and order information before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Please do not apply, use, alter, or discard the nails or packaging before your claim has been reviewed.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Approved Returns
Please do not mail any products back without receiving approval first.
If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address, instructions, and information about the return shipping label. Items mailed without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Because production may begin shortly after an order is received, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once work on the order has started.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, you will receive confirmation by email. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end.
